What is included in the group package?

Our group packages are fully inclusive and cover: English tuition (15 hours/week), full-board accommodation (breakfast, lunch, dinner), all course materials, afternoon activities, weekly full-day excursions to UK cities, 24/7 on-site support, and end-of-course certificates with progress reports. Airport transfers from selected airports will be added, One group leader travels free for every 10 students.

How do we book a group?

The booking process is straightforward: (1) Submit an enquiry with your group size, dates, and requirements; (2) Receive a tailored quote within 48 hours; (3) Confirm your booking and pay a deposit (typically 20%); (4) We provide visa support letters for all students and group leaders; (5) Final payment due 8 weeks before arrival; (6) Your group arrives and the experience begins. Our team manages everything in between.

What ages do you cater for?

Our standard programmes are designed for students aged 11-18. We regularly host groups across this full age range and tailor activities accordingly. For groups with younger students (under 11), please contact us to discuss customised options.

Do you provide visa support letters?

Yes, absolutely. We provide official visa support letters for all international students and group leaders as part of our service. These are issued promptly after your booking is confirmed, giving students plenty of time to prepare visa applications. We understand visa requirements vary by country and are experienced in supporting schools from across the world.

What safeguarding measures are in place?

Student safety is our top priority. All staff are DBS-checked and trained in safeguarding. We conduct detailed risk assessments for all activities and excursions. Our 24/7 on-site support team is available for any emergencies. We maintain direct emergency contact with group leaders and school contacts. We also provide travel insurance guidance to ensure your school’s cover is adequate, and all activities comply with UK safeguarding standards.

Can we customise the programme?

Absolutely. Every group is unique. We design completely bespoke timetables, select activities and excursions that match your school’s educational goals, and accommodate specific interests (e.g., sports, drama, STEM workshops, university visits). Our “Fully Bespoke” package is specifically designed for schools wanting maximum customisation. Contact us with your ideas and we’ll build the perfect programme.

What about halal meals and dietary requirements?

We cater to all dietary requirements. Halal meals are available throughout our programmes (and provided by default unless otherwise requested). We accommodate allergies, vegetarian, vegan, and other dietary needs. Please provide details of requirements at the booking stage so we can ensure proper catering arrangements with our accommodation partners.

Is airport transfer included?

Airport transfers are not automatically included in the programme price, but they can be arranged for a fee of starting from £100 per transfer. We work with reliable transport providers serving Manchester, Leeds Bradford, and London airports. Contact us for specific arrangements We’ll coordinate arrival times and ensure smooth transitions from airport to accommodation.

What happens if a student needs medical attention?

Our staff are trained in first aid and our locations have 24/7 on-site support. We have access to local NHS services and work with local medical providers. All students should have valid travel insurance that covers medical treatment in the UK. We require confirmation of insurance before arrival. In case of emergencies, we have direct contact numbers for group leaders and will provide immediate notification and updates.

What is your cancellation policy?

In case of visa rejection, we offer a full refund minus £200 administration fee per student. For other cancellations, we review each case individually based on circumstances and timing. We strongly recommend that all schools carry travel insurance that covers group cancellations. Please contact us to discuss cancellation insurance options when confirming your booking.
